Tricon Trade Management Limited is a Bermuda company, incorporated concurrently with the Fund for the purpose of managing the Tricon Fund portfolios, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tricon Trade Acceptance Limited, a privately held corporation with its principal offices located in St Helier, Jersey, the Channel Islands, British Isles. Tricon Trade Acceptance Limited and its managing directors have been active in the global trade finance markets as both principals and brokers since 1994. Tricon's experience in the trade finance industry extends to structuring single and multi-party trade finance transactions, to conducting trade finance transactions on behalf of both exporters and banks and to successfully developing and operating a proprietary program to manage trade finance investments within its private investment portfolio.
